iDesignWorkspace

Terms of service

Effective July 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and iDesign of Larchmont, New York. By creating an account or using iDesign Workspace, you agree to them.

The service

Workspace provides collaborative documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and PDF tools. We may add, change, or retire features as the product develops.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account email, for keeping your credentials safe, and for activity that happens under your account. Guest access through a shared link creates a temporary session and does not require an account.

Your content

You own what you create in Workspace. You give us only the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your content, syncing it to your collaborators, rendering it in the editors, and producing the exports you request. We claim no other rights in it.

Sharing

Sharing settings do what they say. If you invite someone or enable link access on a document, you are choosing to make that content available at the level you selected. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these rules.

Availability and support

Workspace is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it fast and reliable, and your documents are cached locally so you can keep working through brief interruptions, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Workspace at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and where reasonable we will give you a chance to export your content first.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
